ONLINE COACHING PROGRAMME

Our Online Coaching Programme delivers the same MBH approach as our gym based work, adapted to fit your life, location, and available equipment.

This programme is built for people who want structure, support, and accountability, but need flexibility. Whether you train at home, in a commercial gym, or while travelling, we build the programme around you.

We work with individuals across the UK and internationally.

You’ll become part of the MBH community group, where education, support, and shared experience play a big role in keeping momentum.

You’ll get full access to the MBH coaching app, where all your training, habits, and check-ins are managed in one place.

. Training built around your environment
Your training is programmed around the equipment and space you actually have — whether that’s at home, in a commercial gym, or a mix of both.

. Nutrition that fits real life
Nutrition is structured around your goals and lifestyle, focusing on realistic habits that support energy, recovery, and consistency, not restriction.

. Daily habits that build foundations
Simple daily habits are introduced to strengthen the foundations that support long-term progress, both physically and mentally.

. Ongoing support and check-ins
Coaching doesn’t stop after week one. You’ll receive regular check-ins, guidance, and support as you move through the process.
