That’s why we deliver free and affordable community classes, partner with recovery organisations,
and provide safe, supportive spaces for people rebuilding their lives.
Our community programmes are created to give people a safe, welcoming space to rebuild confidence, improve physical and mental wellbeing, and connect with others.
Whether someone is looking for structure, routine, or support through recovery, our sessions offer judgement-free community, qualified coaching, and the tools to feel stronger in everyday life.
Mind & Body Community Class
Mind & Body Community Class – Every Saturday
Our weekly Mind & Body Community Class is designed for anyone looking to improve fitness, confidence, and wellbeing in a friendly, inclusive environment. Every session combines simple movement, support, and community connection to help people feel better both physically and mentally.

Our Community Partnerships
Rebuild With Hope supports individuals facing barriers to employment—including ex-offenders, people in recovery, and those rebuilding stability in their lives. Their programme offers training, skill development, routine, and long-term opportunities.
At MBH, we work with Rebuild With Hope to deliver fitness and wellbeing sessions that build confidence, structure, and resilience. These sessions combine professional exercise coaching with positive community support to help people move forward with purpose and belief.
Greenslate Community Farm – Wellbeing Collaboration
We partner with Greenslate Community Farm to deliver wellbeing sessions that use movement, consistency, and community connection to improve mental and physical health.
These sessions are led by our coach with lived experience of addiction and recovery, offering a relatable, understanding approach that helps people feel supported and empowered.
