Do I need to be fit before joining MBH Well-Being Gym?
No. Many of our members start with low fitness or low confidence. Our programmes are designed for all levels, and we adapt everything to where you’re at right now.
What if I feel anxious or nervous about joining a gym?
This is exactly what MBH is here for. We specialise in working with people who feel anxious, intimidated, or judged in traditional gym environments. Our small, friendly groups and coaching style are built to help you feel safe and supported.
What happens in the free intro session?
Your free intro is a relaxed conversation – not a test or a hard sell. You’ll meet your coach, see the space, talk about your goals and challenges, and we’ll explain how our programmes work. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk about next steps. If not, no pressure.
How big are the group sessions?
Our small-group personal training sessions are kept intentionally small, Max 6 people. This means you get proper support, guidance, and a more comfortable environment than a busy commercial gym.
What is a Mental Health & Exercise Coach?
A Mental Health & Exercise Coach is trained to support both your physical and mental wellbeing. That means helping with motivation, confidence, stress, and mindset as well as your workouts, so you feel better in everyday life – not just in the gym.
