Who built this and why

I was 26 years old when I stepped on the scales and saw 18 stone 7.

I wasn't lazy. I was training regularly but I was eating like shit, drinking most weekends, and telling myself I could get away with it.

I couldn’t. I got to point where I couldn’t even run round with my son. Right then I knew I needed to sort it. I didn't do anything dramatic. No punishing training program. No crash dieting.

I tracked my food. I walked every day. I stopped drinking. Boring. Consistent.

That was it. 18 months later I weighed 13 stone. That transformation started everything — 20 years in the gym, 15 years coaching over a thousand real adults with jobs, kids, stress and actual lives.

I built the Rebuild Programme because I wanted real adults to have what I didn't have.

How The 6-Week Rebuild Works

Step 1 – Apply. Complete a short application so we can assess fit.

Step 2 – Short Qualification Call. If suitable, we’ll book a brief call to walk through expectations and structure.

Step 3 – Baseline & App Access. You’ll receive access to your structured training programme and submit baseline metrics.

Step 4 – Train 3x Per Week. Follow your structured sessions inside the app, wherever you are.

Step 5 – Weekly Accountability. Submit a weekly check-in and attend the live Zoom coaching session.

Step 6 – Re-Test & Next Phase. At Week 6 we measure progress and map out the next stage.
